On the evening of 15 August, our community of startup businesses joined together to chill out in true Accelerator style, as we turned our monthly drinks up a notch!
We hosted ‘Summer Nights’ – a celebration of summer and startups – with some ice-cold drinks, fresh pizza and a couple of very well contested games of rounders in Haggerston Park. It was great to see everyone catching up with one another and taking full advantage of the 22° evening sun.
With everyone in good spirits and enjoying themselves after the highly competitive rounders match – which ended in a draw! – it was with a heavy heart that we began wrapping up at 8pm – however, we didn’t want to get locked in the park and have to climb a fence to escape.
We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who came along and made it such an awesome evening!
What exactly does Accelerator offer?

For 15 years Accelerator has been helping tech startups grow and scale as part of a community in the heart of
London’s Tech City in Shoreditch. Accelerator has also provided the perfect home for London Metropolitan University’s Student Enterprise programme, which gives 1000’s of passionate early-stage entrepreneurs a chance to turn ideas into viable ventures each year.
