Accelerator Townhall Lunch
There IS such a thing as a free lunch. Held once a month on the ground floor, fill your plate with delicious food and your ears with an update by the Founder of one of our startups. Total cost? £0.00.

Troy Bar (Directions, 4 minute walk)
An absolute lunchtime institution. Dine like a Caribbean Queen (or King) for £5.50. Jerk chicken (or curry goat!), rice, plantain & coleslaw.
El Tel’s Fine Felafel (Directions, 5 minute walk)
Crunchy falafel and fresh salad conveniently rolled in a warmed flour tortilla. 3 sizes from tiny to giant. Healthy and affordable. Worth the wait!
Chefe London (Directions, 2 minute walk)
They’re masters of flavour! Enjoy daily homemade lunch and fresh superfood salads! Their Lasagne is one of our favourite dishes on offer.
Cafe 12 (Directions, 3 minute walk)
The home of delicious lunchtime options. Serving traditional Italian lasagnes and fish pies, Thai green curry and more, We recommend the Teriyaki chicken!
Meeting Rooms
In addition to offices, we’ve got a number of meeting rooms ranging in size from cosy to cavernous. So whether it’s a 1-to-1, a client meeting or a workshop, we’ve got a space that you can use. The meeting rooms are in constant use, so it’s important to book in advance.

The Balconies
Looking for an informal spot for an informal meeting or to simply chill? Check out the atrium balconies on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Printing + Scanning
Don’t have a printer? Or a scanner? Fear not, we’ve got your back.
That ‘thing’ you walk past in Reception every day is the Rolls Royce of printers/scanners. A4? Yep. A3? Yep. Colour? Yep. Double-sided printing & scanning? Yep. There is nothing this baby does not do.
And it’s yours to use at will.
Scanning is free. Printing from 5p a page. Before you can use it you need to create an account.
Mind, Body and Wallet
It’s not all work. meetings, eating & drinking. If you’re interested in being active or keeping fit, we can help with that too!
Hit the gym (from £20/month!)
As an Accelerator tenant, you can access the New City College gym on Falkirk Street (directions), and it’s a bargain!
Gym membership pricing starts at £20 per month when (a) you are an Accelerator tenant and (b) you buy three months upfront. You can also attend a variety of classes – Check them out!
Cycle to work
Do you arrive at work on two wheels? Or are you interested in doing so? We’ve got dedicated safe bike parking on the south side of the building.
Simply wheel your bike through reception and out the glass doors next to the stairs. Whatever you do, don’t lock your bike on Kingsland Road – it’s a daytime theft hotspot!
Shower
Fancy riding to work or going for a lunchtime run but worried about coming back sweaty? Worry no more. There’s a shower next to the bathrooms on the 1st Floor!
Yoga
Get your zen on Wednesdays from 6-7pm on the 4th floor. Sessions are a very affordable £6 and open to everyone (from beginner to expert) Don’t forget to wear something comfy! Sign up here.
Massages
Aches and pains setting in from those long hours in the office? Take a very well deserved break! Book your 30-minute massage with one of our qualified masseurs on Friday between 11-1.30pm. Each 30-minute booking costs just £20.
If you like eggs, then you’re in for a treat.
Accelerator’s Egg Club is the first of its kind.
What is Egg Club?
Egg Club is the absolute freshest, largest and most fantastic free-range eggs delivered to your desk every Friday, just in time for the weekend.
Mind … blown. Are there chickens living on the roof?
If only. We’ve formed a relationship with egg farmer Phil, the UK’s 2016 Free Range Egg Producer Of The Year. Every Thursday morning the eggs are laid, boxed and dispatched directly to Accelerator.

Giving Back
You may know that we are part of London Metropolitan University.
But did you know that we also help students to start their own businesses?
You can get involved and help young entrepreneurs to make their dreams come true. Here are some of the programmes that we are running every year:
Big Idea Challenge
Every year we put out an open call to London Met students, graduates and staff in search of new and exciting business ideas! At the same time, we run a college version of the competition for around 30 London Colleges.
Launchpad
An action-based summer programme for passionate London Met graduates. It provides all the knowledge, support, tools and mentoring needed to transform a killer idea into a successful business.
Startup Sprint
At our incredible 48-hour learning-by-doing weekend workshop, we teach participants entrepreneurial skills they’ll need for success. The weekend culminates with a final pitch to a judging panel.
