John Bechtel, Badger Pass  John is currently MD of Badger Pass.His was operations director of Aquamatix, bringing his extensive international experience in start-up, medium-sized and large organizations to the Internet of Things in the water industry. John has successfully managed culturally and geographically diverse teams of high performers.He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada and is a certified PRINCE2 project management Practitioner. 

Marc Dowd, Manage Disruption Limited, EMEA Prior to founding Manage Disruption Marc was the EMEA Principal Advisor to C level executives for Forrester Research for nine years.. He holds an M.Sc. in Ergonomics from Loughborough University and a B.A. (Hons) from the University of West London.
