Social Media is changing with every blink of our eyes. Platforms rise up and collapse, functions change or disappear, trends come and go. Stay on top of your social media game with these quarterly Social Media updates, where we talk about everything that has changed and how that effects your marketing efforts.
This class is created for business owners who do most of their social media planning and executing themselves or have no social media specialist on their team. Expect:
- 45-60 minutes talks
- news from the world of big, established networks such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- short analysis on why these changes has occurred and what do they mean for your business
- newly emerging clever platforms and tools
- the occasional guest speaker
Please be advised that while the workshop is free of charge, we will ask you to fill in a registration form and session feedback form. GetSet for Growth is a fully funded program set up to support East London entrepreneurs and these bits of paperwork enable us to track our progress, measure our impact and continue providing you free services.
Registered participants based in Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Lewisham, Southwark and Lambeth are also eligible for free of charge ongoing one to one marketing or financial support with our advisers.
Orsi Toth, Marketing Advisor
Orsi is a marketing and business strategist with a decade of experience in brand building, online communication, workshop facilitation and product development.
Over the last decade she has transitioned from classic advertising, coordinating ATL projects and creative teams, to digital communication, product development and user experience, working with brands like Johnson & Johnson, Nissan, Peugeot and Reckitt Benckiser.
In 2012, she co-founded travel tech startup Drungli, the adventure generator for spontaneous people. As the CEO and Product Manager she was instrumental in the sites growth from zero to 50k unique visitors per month, mostly through social media, PR and consistent, vivid branding. Most recently she has written a book on target audience analyses and buyer persona building.
She is committed to delightful customer experiences, deeply understanding how human beings work and building amazing products that are capable of changing lives for the better.
